Shipping & Returns
Payment and Shipping
- Payments can be made on the website by using a PayPalAccount, debit or credit card.
- We do not accept payments via the phone or details sent by email.
- Goods are shipped out within two working days. If there is an immediate requirement we could ship the next working day, subject to stock and you would need to contact us via the customer service number or send us an email. We prefer to do a recorded delivery for all our products.
- For international orders, please contact us to find out about delivery charges applicable.
Returns & Refunds
- A full money back refund (minus costs of delivery of our initial despatch) is given for products within 7 days for UK customers after receipt of the goods.
- Please notify us of your wish to cancel in writing to email@example.com.
- The cost of postage for the return is the customers responsibility and we expect the goods to be returned as new.
- We should receive the goods within 14 days.
- Products made to a customers specification are exempt from the returns policy.
- In the event of having received damaged good please notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
- If the damage is found to be valid we will bear the delivery charges back to us. We will provide you with a replacement or provide the option of a full refund.
